Extending your home or business premises can be a very enjoyable experience, if done properly.

You may like a new porch or conservatory. You may want to double or even treble the size of your home or premises. It may or may not need planning permission. It will always need to be built within the current building regulations. Even if the local building inspector does not need to visit, there are still; FENSA, Gas, Electric and many more certificates that you will need in the future if you want to sell or carry out more work.

We can provide whatever assistance you need to achieve this. We can advise you on all aspects of the concept and design of your building. Draw the plans, and gain the planning permission. And then undertake all the building works and liaise with the building inspector for you. We will provide everything you need to finish the project to the point at which you are happy to take possession.

For some of our clients this is at a point when the building is ready for decoration. For others it is after we have laid the carpets and placed the furniture into its final position.

Occasionally we are asked to provide only limited services, like the ground works or just the shell or the  roof of the building. Whatever you need, let us know what you would like us to do for you. We will be only too happy to estimate the cost or quote for the complete job.
